Dear SEM Families,
Welcome to the SEM Parent Teacher Student Association. The SEM PTSA is the leading support organization for SEM. We support SEM students, teachers and staff in just about any way we can. Some of the more visible things we do include:
- organizing student activities
- publishing a weekly newsletter
- hosting informational events (such as college planning nights)
- raising money to fund classroom needs
- publishing a student directory and
- holding teacher appreciation events.
How can you help?
Join the PTSA today! We invite all SEM parents, teachers and students to support our efforts by becoming members of the PTSA. If you are not yet a member, please go to our Forms page, and click on "PTSA Membership". You may fill out the form and pay online. We normally will also sell PTSA memberships at all our general meetings.
NOTE: Invite your family, neighbors, and businesses to join our PTSA. You do not need a child attending the school to be interested in SEM and the good work we do in education.
Join the SEM PTSA email list. Allow us to keep you informed of the great things happening at SEM. Members of our email list receive The SEM Newsletter and other information about upcoming opportunities at SEM. To join the list, simply create an account on this website!
Volunteer with the PTSA. We need your help. It takes the work of many volunteers to do the things we do. If you can volunteer a little bit for an isolated event, or more of a "regular", please watch for volunteer opportunities in the newsletter and use our online forms to sign up for various events.
Donate to the PTSA. We appreciate both personal and business donations. We have limited funds, and can support our students much more with donations of many kinds. Please use our online form to donate. You will receive an email receipt for your records.
