On November 12. 2013, Jerry Nguyen was struck down as he crossed the street on his way to school. Jerry brought joy to all who were fortunate enough to know him; his winning smile and friendly ways were a blessing.
Jerry was a joy in the classroom and a wonderful example of the best of his generation. He was a gift in every way. To his family and friends...our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Ms. Huitt, SEM Principal, writes:
"Thank you all for working together to ensure our students are supported during this tragic time. I have included details for the Memorial Service and ways to support Jerry's family. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the SEM office at 972 925 5960."
The family would like to extend their gratitude and appreciation to all providing their prayers and support during this difficult time.
Additional Support: Members of the SEM family will drop off gift cards (restaurants) and food items daily for the next two weeks. Please leave your donations with Ms. Perez in the SEM office along with any cards, letters or other items you would like to leave for the family.
