You may still purchase a yearbook using the online form (click here) OR there was a paper order form which was recently sent home with students, which can be dropped off . There are also a very limited number of yearbooks from last year which can only be ordered online or by contacting Marianne Leclerc, the volunteer parent who has done such a great job mentoring the yearbook! The price is $35 for this year’s book (online will include PayPal l fee), and $30 for last year’s book (online will include PayPal fee). Students just pay in the envelopes sent home by dropping them in the PTSA lock box in the office.
The Yearbook signing party is planned for May 15 after school, on the last day of AP exams. Don't miss out!

Hello SEM Family,
It's time for our last PTSA general meeting of the school year, and to have our elections for the 2015-2016 board! The PTSA is going to celebrate the year with a special pasta dinner before the meeting, and would like to invite all SEM families to attend! Ms Huitt will also be holding a Freshman-Senior Parent meeting full of very important information about your student's school career!
My name is Angela Enright and I am Director of Community Relations for Park Cities Ford Dallas. I am writing to let you know that we are supporting an educational scholarship for your school and would ask your help in identifying a Townview senior that meets the criteria. I’m sure there are many who might qualify! You may already be familiar with the Ford Fund and the Ford Driving Dreams scholarship program, but I wanted to let you know your high school is one of just three that we selected to be in the program through our dealership. Attached is a more formal letter and acknowledgement form with details on the scholarship as well as a flyer with a new extended application deadline of April 24.
The scholarship application process is coordinated through the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Stars on the Rise program. Students can find the application on that web site at http://www.gdhcc.com/
We are excited to be in a position to fund this scholarship and hope to assist one of your students.
